2016 Words
2016 was a difficult year. In December 2016 I wrote 2016 words on 2016 postcards and sent them to people at Christmas. On New Year’s Eve I travelled from London to Milan with a sackful of postcards hoping to hand deliver one to my lover. She didn’t show up. I scattered the poems on my journey back London and shredded any that were left over.
